The Lancaster Hall

The large light space above the Putney Pantry has a fully equipped kitchen and access to the out door balcony and additional rooms on the first floor. The room can set up and function as a dining space, conference room, party venue or reception hall. The hall is 11 metres by 11 metres.

Regular users include English National Ballet School, First Class Learning, Pilates and Riverford Organics.

Lancaster Hall - Wedding

The Cromwell Room

The space at the east end of the Church behind sound proofed sliding glass doors is carpeted with natural light and ventilation has space for up to 30-40 people seated, and is 5 metres by 8 metres in size.

Regular groups include Little Acorns, Busy Bees and the Rotary Club of Great Britain.

Rates: £30 per hour

The Library

 

A small quiet room on the first floor with direct access to the east facing outdoor terrace. Ideal for one to one meetings or up to 10 – 12 people seated, and is 4.5 metres by 4.5 metres in size.

A piano can be provided for musical rehearsals, regular users include Porcupine Theatre Productions and First Class Learning.

Rate: £25 per hour

Godly Play Room

The space at the east end of the Church on the first floor is carpeted with natural light and ventilation has space for up to 30-40 people seated, and is 5 metres by 8 metres in size. This peaceful Chapel is only suitable for gentle activities and has a ‘no food, drink or shoes’ policy.

Regular groups include Little Voices, Sing & Sign and the N.C.T, .

Rate: £30 per hour

The Arch

This is a self contained creative space under the Putney Bridge which has direct access to the gardens leading down to the river.

Ideal for small exhibitions or creative arts, with space for up to 20 people regular users include the Smart Pre-School, Bridge Boxing and the Artful Toddler.

The arch is 9 metres by 6 metres.

Rate: £25 per hour

The Church

Our clergy regularly officiate at Weddings, Baptisms, Memorial Services and other Christian services in the church. For inquiries about weddings and baptisms, please contact Sophy Jubb at weddings.baptisms@yahoo.co.uk. This inspiring, sacred space can also host concerts, larger meetings and conferences subject to approval.

Regular uses include the Putney Society, Wandsworth Symphony Orchestra and Local Government Planning Meetings.

Putney Pantry

A bright welcoming cafe with a sunny terrace awaits you at the Putney Pantry, the cafe at St Mary’s Church, run by chef, Issa Cissokho.

All the food is home-made and the cafe is open all day for breakfast, teas, Barista coffees, home cooked lunch and salads as well as afternoon tea and cakes. Kids have their own “Happy hour”, and midweek you can wind down after work with tapas and a glass of wine or beer. Book early for the succulent Sunday house roast!

There is a special promotion running: Order a meal for four people (minimum spend £50) and enjoy a bottle of house wine absolutely free (please print this page and hand it in at the counter).
